The last of Africa's pristine realms
Leopard Eye invites you on a journey of exploration and discovery. Experience the Africa of
Old, where the land has eluded the scars of progress and wildlife still migrates with the
seasons. Reconnect with nature whilst disconnecting from distractions, allowing your soul
time to breathe.
Leopard Eye began with a solitary artist, documenting the natural world to share it and
encourage others to become custodians of its legacy. This was but a dream; without a
personal connection, there will be no true desire to conserve. Hence, we are now evolving
into an inclusive family team, with the knowledge and passion to let you experience the last
of the vanishing realms first-hand, with the objective of allowing these realms to linger
and be relished by future generations, rather than be lost to the archives of what once was.
“In the end we will conserve only what we love, we will love only what we understand, and we will understand only what we are taught.”
These wise words are the cornerstone of the Leopard Eye philosophy. To protect the vanishing wilds, one must first feel their pulse, grasp their intricate complexity, and then long for their survival. Through our visuals, stories, and journeys, we strive to bridge the gap between observation and understanding, inviting you to see with more than your eyes, listen to what your ears alone cannot hear, and claim your place as a custodian of these pristine realms.

ARTISTIC STUDIES
Born from silence and the weight of the moment, these graphite illustrations are a meditative distillation of wild odysseys. Too often, distraction breaks connection; these are my subconscious chronicles of time spent within the tapestry of natural existence.

The Echoes Journal
Unvarnised insights and sagas
An ever-evolving collection, this journal ranges from the interesting to the insightful. There are tales of the adventures behind the images, and hard truths that need to be unveiled and discussed. These echoes are both translations of desperate whispers and joyful tributes to the natural world.
The Echoes
Conceived amidst the spiritual granite slabs and rocky maze of an elevated
haven, this is the evolution of a need to make a difference. It all started on a crisp early morning,
listening to the sound of silence high above the coastal plains, in awe of the spectacular vista that was
unfolding as dawn began to break. This was the beginning of "Amidst the Gods", a combination of images and
literature that focuses attention on the plight of the natural world.
Over a decade later, again up there amidst the Gods, the realisation of what needs to be accomplished turned
the singular into the plight of the many. Across the world, the last of the untarnished wildernesses are
under threat; even here in Namibia, if change is not facilitated, those areas I love will be lost. This is
the vigil of "Echoes of the Vanishing Realms".
